Our story
Prep is where paint jobs are won
Chad has been painting for more than 25 years. Over that time he has repainted houses, offices, shops and rentals, and he has seen what happens when the prep is rushed: peeling siding, cracks coming back through new paint, stains bleeding through a fresh coat.
So we do it the slow way where it counts. Surfaces get washed, scraped, patched and primed before any finish goes on. It takes longer than skipping steps, but the work holds up.
Because we also do drywall and plaster repair, power washing and cabinet refinishing, a lot of jobs never need a second contractor. One crew sees the project through.

What you can expect from us
Honest advice
If a wall needs repair before paint, or a color is a bad idea for your siding, we tell you before the work starts, not after.
Clear communication
We speak English, and one of our crew speaks Spanish, so everyone on the job understands what is being done and why.
Tidy work areas
Floors, furniture and fixtures get covered and masked. Edges are cut cleanly, and we clean up when the job is done.
Homes and businesses
We paint houses and condos, and also offices, shops and commercial buildings, including work from a lift on taller walls.
